Talk 4 Writing- A Visit from the Little Red Hen

This term the Kindergarten Talk 4 Writing text is The Little Red Hen. One morning at Kindy there was a strange noise outside and Miss Magill saw something scoot behind the tree. She thought she had seen some feathers, but wasn’t quite sure. We went outside to investigate and what we found was definitely different to the things that we would normally see in the nature play area. We found footprints, a trowel, a watering can, some dirt and a letter. The letter was from the Little Red Hen, asking us to help her with planting some wheat. Her other animal friends had said “Not I”, to helping her grow and care for the wheat.
